Payment & Delivery Options

On-line shopping has never been so easy; order on-line today and have your purchase delivered to your designated address.  Through working with some of the region’s best courier services, we are able to deliver your parcels on time to your door or nearest drop-off point.

All products are carefully packed so that you will receive them in good order.  If you do receive your goods damaged in any way, we will replace them with undamaged stock when you return the damaged one – at no additional cost to you.

Payment Options

After you click ‘Add to Cart’, your Shopping Cart Contents will be displayed. On this page you can:

  • Change the quantity of the product(s) in your Cart 
  • View the product(s) you have chosen
  • Take the product(s) out of your Cart by clicking on ‘Remove’ and then ‘Update’
  • Click ‘Continue Shopping’ to choose more products and add them to you shopping Cart

When you finish shopping

Click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button underneath your Shopping Cart Contents. You will then be asked to confirm your delivery address, select a payment option and then confirm your order.

Receipt & order confirmation

At the end of the payment process a confirmation screen containing your order number will appear, you can then print this confirmation for your reference. You will also be sent an email confirming this order number as soon as your order has been finalised.

Once you have selected your products, you will need to tell us where you want them sent. Your account address will be automatically saved in the delivery details section for you to select. However, if you are sending to an alternative address you just need to enter the new address and you can also save that address for future reference.

Standard delivery to business and residential addresses within Australia incurs a cost calculated according to the destination and order amount.

We entrust our local and interstate carrier services throughout Australia to deliver your goods in excellent condition and we will always endeavour to work with them to ensure prompt arrival of your products. Despite their best efforts however, there may be times when parcels are delayed in the delivery process.

All goods are packed to reduce breakages. In the event that you do receive goods that have been damaged in anyway we will pay the freight to have them returned and will send you a new one.
